refund policy

Registration fees for in-person classes and online courses are non-refundable, and payment is requested prior to or on the date of the training. In certain situations, we may issue credits that are good for one year from the original (initial) training date. These credits may be transferable to another employee of the same company/organization. We do not issue credits for online refresher training fees.
