Payment

Payment of registration fees for in-person classes and online courses is requested prior to or on the date of the training. QCI numbers will be assigned and credentials will be issued only upon successful completion of the training and receipt of full payment.

class Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any class because of low registration or events beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to defer their registration to a class offered at a later date, to take the course online, or to transfer a credit to another employee of his/her company/organization.

class instructors

We reserve the right to substitute class instructors in the unlikely event that the instructors listed cannot conduct the class. Substitution of class instructors is not a cause for refund.

Our class instructors agree to present materials and content that are relevant to the course and will provide timely feedback on a participants progress. Proper citations and permissions have been used and granted.

Certificates of Completion

As required by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management, we provide certificates of completion and laminated wallet cards to students who have met the requirements of the course and paid their registration fees. 

professional development hours (pdhs)

QCIs earn 8 PDHs for in-person initial classes, 6 PDHs for online initial courses, and 4 PDHs for in-person or online refresher training.  We do not issue CEUs.

When signing up for our courses, we require that you provide a certain amount of your personal data. Your privacy is very important to us. We are always looking to improve our training, so we welcome feedback.
